High oleic sunflower oil
A hybrid variety with an excellent feel and high oxidation stability.
We handle high oleic sunflower oil, which is a refined oil with a high content of oleic acid obtained from the seeds of sunflower (Helianthus annuus Linne, Compositae). The original sunflower seeds contain about 70% linoleic acid in their seed oil, but in recent years, through genetic selection (not genetic modification) in sunflower cultivation, hybrid varieties have been developed that have a high oleic acid content and low levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids, resulting in high oxidative stability. This product is one of these hybrid varieties.
